Our recently completed project for Ortlinghaus Drive Tech India Pvt Ltd, located in Wakad, Pune, stands as a testament to innovative and functional workspace design. Tasked with creating an efficient office cum warehouse, our team of experienced architects meticulously crafted a dynamic environment that caters to the company’s operational needs and reflects its corporate identity.

Spatial Design and Functionality

Spanning a total of 1,850 square feet, the project is intelligently divided into 1,250 square feet of office space and 600 square feet of warehouse. The warehouse, situated at the entrance, is designed for optimal functionality, featuring robust cast iron racks that support heavy loads, ensuring efficient storage and seamless receipt and dispatch of products.

The office space, centrally located, is segmented to facilitate various departmental needs. Departments such as finance and sales occupy the central workspace, promoting easy accessibility and interaction. The layout flows effortlessly, reflecting a design ethos centered on practicality and efficiency.

Aesthetic Considerations

A striking feature of the office design is its adherence to the company’s style guide. The use of vibrant blue, the corporate color, as a highlighter throughout the office, paired with a fresh white base and subtle grey accents, creates a visually stimulating yet professional environment. This color palette not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also fosters a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Comfort and Modern Amenities

Comfort is paramount in this design. The director’s cabin and conference room, positioned along the building's facade, are bathed in natural light through full-height windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The entire office is equipped with a mini VRF system, ensuring a comfortable climate year-round.

Additional features include a discreetly placed pantry and storage area, near the conference room and restroom, separated from the main office space by a neatly engraved wooden door. This thoughtful arrangement maintains the central workspace's tranquility and functionality.
